Pinterest Content Planning: A Simple Weekly Workflow
Plan ideas, production, publishing, and review without turning your calendar into a second job.

Choose weekly themes
Begin with two or three subjects that support your audience and current goals. Themes reduce decision fatigue and help your boards develop a recognizable point of view. One week might focus on small-space storage, material comparisons, and before-and-after ideas.
For each theme, write the question the Pin should answer. Specific questions lead to specific, useful content.
Batch similar work
Collect references in one session, write copy in another, and prepare visuals together. Batching keeps you in the same mental mode and reduces the time lost switching between research, design, and publishing.
Leave room for one timely idea rather than scheduling every slot. A flexible plan is easier to sustain than a crowded calendar.
Review and improve
At the end of the week, note which topics earned saves, outbound clicks, or meaningful replies. Look for patterns across several Pins instead of reacting to a single result. Carry one lesson into the next plan and keep the process small enough to repeat.
