When you use the downloader, SavePinter receives the public Pinterest URL you submit. The URL is processed to locate media exposed by that public page. SavePinter does not require a user account and does not create a permanent personal download library.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested path, response status, and diagnostic identifiers. This information is used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain security.
Cookies and local storage
SavePinter does not use advertising cookies. The hosting platform may use essential security or authentication cookies while the site is in private preview. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced before public launch, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Third-party services
Submitted links and media requests interact with Pinterest or Pinterest-hosted media infrastructure. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SavePinter is hosted by service providers that process limited technical data to operate and secure the site.
Retention and security
SavePinter does not intentionally retain submitted URLs as a personal history. Operational logs may be retained by the hosting environment only as reasonably necessary for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using the service at any time, clear browser data, and avoid submitting links that contain personal or sensitive information. Privacy questions can be raised through the Contact page once the public support channel is published.
